"Trapped"

"Trapped" demonstrates my feelings toward sleep. It's supposed to be calm and restful, yet dreams and nightmares disrupt my mind. Sometimes, I cannot escape a nightmare, making me feel trapped in my own bed. When I wake, I feel as though the events in my sleep actually happened.
